REFERRAL FEES
If your referral enters into a contract with us for a minimum of 6 months, you will receive the following based on the number of cases they have at the start of their contract with us:
Number of cases Referral Fee
0 - 1,000 £500
1,001 - 5,000 £750
5,001 + £1,000
You will be given the choice of whether the referral fee is to be paid via bank transfer or in gift vouchers. Should you choose to be paid in gift vouchers, you will be able to request your preferred retailer for where the gift vouchers can be used. If your preferred retailer does not offer gift vouchers, or if gift vouchers cannot be safely purchased for you, we will ask you to submit another preferred retailer. If, after a second selection of your preferred retailer we still cannot provide you with the gift vouchers, we will default to purchasing gift vouchers to the value of the referral fee with Amazon.co.uk.
Gift vouchers will be sent to you via email, and we will confirm your email address in advance of purchasing any gift vouchers agreed. We do not accept any liability for any gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, used fraudulently, expire, misused unlawfully, terminated by the issuer as per their own terms and conditions, or any other actions that result in permanent loss of funds, either by you or the issuer of the gift vouchers, nor will we reimburse any amounts lost as a result of, but not limited to, the aforementioned. You accept that we will not be held responsible for any actions the issuer of the gift vouchers may take in line with their own terms and conditions.
We will only pay the equivalent value of the referral fee payable to you by us in gift vouchers which you must confirm safe receipt of immediately upon receipt. If, after 7 days of the gift voucher being purchased and us receiving confirmation from the provider of the gift voucher that it has been issued to you, we will assume you have safely received the gift vouchers. Any issues raised to us by you after the 7-day period has passed will not be considered.
WHEN WE PAY
After your referral pays their first invoice to us, we will notify you of the number of cases they have at the time of entering the contract and the referral fees payable to you by us. Payment of the referral fees will be made to you by us within 30 days after your referral pays their first invoice to us. We may request an invoice to the value of the referral fees payable to you by us where it is deemed necessary. Should your referral fail to make payment to us equal to the value of their first invoice within 90 days of receipt of said invoice, any referral fees due to you in relation to the referral will become void.
